Facilities disabled and elderly (Wmo)
The Wmo offers help and facilities to ensure that you can live independently for as long as possible. And that you can participate in society. The assistance or facilities are different per person because customization is provided. It matches your personal situation.
You can think of:
- a home adjustment
- an individual transport facility (for example a mobility scooter)
- a collective transport facility
- parking facilities (for example a disabled parking card)
- a wheelchair
- help with the household
- help with daytime activities
- ease the care of someone
- different types of housing for elderly people
